A compact 150 m² office fit-out on the 25th floor of Kingdom Tower, with electrical and mechanical works scaled to a smaller, high-finish footprint.

The smaller floor plate meant tighter service routing throughout — lighting, power and climate control condensed without compromising on finish quality.
