Kingdom Mall — Marks & Spencer Extension

A 520 m² extension of retail floor space at Kingdom Mall, built out with the electrical, mechanical and fire-safety infrastructure needed to bring a new zone into an occupied, trading environment.

As with all our mall work, the priority was minimal disruption — phased execution, contained work zones and close coordination with mall management throughout.
